✔ Eligibility & Access – ChatRx is available only to eligible users and treatment can be offered based on state regulations and age restrictions.
✔ Medical Treatment – ChatRx provides AI-assisted physician evaluations for 39 common acute infections, but does not replace in-person medical care when necessary.
✔ No Guaranteed Prescriptions – Treatment decisions on ChatRx’s platform are made at the sole discretion of licensed medical providers.
✔ Data Security & Privacy – All patient information is stored securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
✔ Payment & Refund Policies – Payments are non-refundable after physician review has begun, except in cases of technical failure.
