ChatRx provides a convenient and secure telemedicine evaluation for 39 common acute infections. Before you proceed, please review the following information to ensure you meet eligibility requirements and understand the consultation process.

Important Information Before You Start

✔ The ChatRx symptom checker powered by the ChatMD  device can be used anywhere in the world for informational purposes.

✔ You must be in an eligible state to receive treatment– ChatRx operates in compliance with state-specific medical regulations.
✔ Your consultation is reviewed by a licensed provider – Treatment is only provided if medically appropriate.
✔ No guaranteed prescriptions – Physicians determine if treatment is necessary based on your symptoms and medical history.
✔ Honest and complete responses are required – Inaccurate information can affect medical decisions and treatment outcomes.

Who is NOT Eligible for ChatRx Treatment?

🚫 Patients experiencing medical emergencies – If you have severe symptoms, seek immediate in-person medical care.
🚫 Individuals outside of ChatRx service areas – Availability varies by state due to licensing regulations.
🚫 Patients requiring controlled substances – ChatRx does not prescribe narcotics, benzodiazepines, or other controlled medications.
🚫 Minors without parental consent – A legal guardian must approve treatment for patients under 18 years old.
